Comments: Dr.Hartman was amazing! After a long long journey with another Ortho doc, a failed shoulder surgery, and a new doctor that suddenly closed practice, I was fortunate enough to find him and OSNC.
From the start the office staff were friendly and the clinic staff, especially Nicole, Surgery Scheduler, were extremely helpful. OSNC is a very large practice and is a very busy. Dr.Hartman, while short on words, is professional, very knowledgable, and made me feel as his only focus. He has the reputation as one of San Diego's best, especially for any upper body injuries.
As a RN I always tell patients to be comfortable with their caregivers, and never just "settle" for someone who you put yourself into their hands , especially for things that can impact your quality of life! Some of the other reviews, while unfortunate, are proof that GOOD patient/doctor relationships are critical... I have been extremely impressed, and look forward to getting into PT after surgery to finally put my injury behind me!
I would recommend Dr.Hartman and OSNC to anyone!
