Comments: What can I say about this place? First let me say, I'm a nurse so in general I'm highly critical of healthcare offices and also generally non-compliant (what nurse isn't?). But I have to say I have high regards for Dr. Grant Seiden AND his MA.
I'm sure they see hundreds of patients in a week, but I can honestly say that I felt like they remembered me and treated me very professionally.
I had broken my arm while running (no jokes please) over the weekend. I had been splinted, so was in need of follow up. They got me in on a Tuesday almost an hour after I called (was waiting on referral from my PCP). Thankfully, I didn't need surgery, but did need a cast for a few weeks and a reminder not to push myself to do the things I would normally do.
I'm very happy with this office, from the front desk, to x-ray, the ortho tech and the check out. Everyone really treated me like a person and not a number - so valuable in this era of 15 minute slots
