wellness trainingOrthopaedic Specialists of North County Physical Therapy now offers a Wellness Program of individual exercise instruction for our patients and the public.

Headed by James “Ziggy” Porzig, our Wellness Program is tailored to your specific needs and emphasizes body mechanics, postural awareness and injury prevention. Ziggy's 14 years of experience working in the rehabilitation field and his extensive knowledge of disability and disease will help to ensure you avoid injury while you are getting fit.

Available Monday through Friday by appointment only.
