wellness trainingOrthopaedic Specialists of North County Physical Therapy now offers a Wellness Program of individual exercise instruction for our patients and the public.

Headed by James “Ziggy” Porzig, our Wellness Program is tailored to your specific needs and emphasizes body mechanics, postural awareness and injury prevention. Ziggy's 14 years of experience working in the rehabilitation field and his extensive knowledge of disability and disease will help to ensure you avoid injury while you are getting fit.

Orthopaedic Specialists of North County Physical Therapy is pleased to offer several types of Massage, including Swedish, Thai, Pregnancy, Sports, and others.

Administered by our Holistic Health Practitioner, Tiffany, our Massage Program is the perfect way to rejuvenate our body, mind, and spirit.
